Depending on your unit's age and condition, we may also clean the flame rods and blower fan housing. Note: Units must have required isolation valves. If isolation valves were not installed, as required by manufacturer, you will only be charged $99 for a service call and provided a quote to install the required valves.
If you choose to install the isolation valves, the $99 service call fee will be credited to your valve installation quote.

Our technician will evaluate common points of failure and contact manufacture technical assistance line for collaborative assessment.
We will make every effort to return your tankless water heater to service. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, this may not be possible during the Diagnostic Service Call.
Any Plumbing work required will be completed by Alabama Licensed Master Plumber.
Any Gas work required will be performed by an Alabama Licensed Master Gas Fitter.
